Eligibility for Refunds
Course Purchases
Refunds for course purchases may be requested under the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within seven days of the original purchase date
- Less than 20 percent of the course content has been accessed or completed
- No certificates or completion credentials have been issued
- The course materials have not been downloaded in their entirety
Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, the following terms apply:
- Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds for the current billing period may be requested within three days of the subscription renewal date
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within 14 days of the initial purchase
- No refunds will be issued for subscriptions canceled after the initial refund period has expired
Bundle Packages
Bundle packages containing multiple courses or services are subject to special refund conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- No individual courses within the bundle may have been completed or substantially accessed
- Bundle discounts will be recalculated if partial refunds are requested
- Individual course refunds from bundles may result in adjusted pricing for remaining courses
Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Completed courses where certificates have been issued
- One-on-one tutoring sessions that have already occurred
- Live webinar or workshop attendance after the event has taken place
- Custom or personalized educational content created specifically for the user
- Third-party services or products purchased through our platform
- Processing fees or transaction charges
- Discounted or promotional purchases during special sales events
Refund Request Process
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, account email address, and order or transaction number
- Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant supporting documentation or screenshots if applicable
Processing Timeline
Refund requests are typically processed according to the following timeline:
- Initial review and response within three to five business days
- Approved refunds processed within seven to ten business days
- Credit to original payment method may take an additional five to ten business days depending on your financial institution
Technical Issues and Service Interruptions
If you experience technical difficulties or service interruptions that prevent you from accessing purchased content, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly.
Refunds due to technical issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted if:
- The technical issue was caused by our platform and not by user error or equipment
- The issue significantly impaired your ability to access or use the service
- Our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
- The issue was reported promptly and documented appropriately
Partial Refunds

- Courses where a significant portion remains unaccessed
- Subscription services canceled mid-cycle under exceptional circumstances
- Cases where service quality did not meet reasonable expectations

The amount of any partial refund will be determined based on the percentage of content accessed, time elapsed since purchase, and other relevant factors.
Payment Method Refunds
Original Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase whenever possible. This includes:

- Bank transfers
- Other electronic payment methods
Alternative Refund Methods
If a refund to the original payment method is not possible due to account closure, card expiration, or other technical limitations, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. This may result in additional processing time.
Chargebacks and Disputes

Course Transfers and Credits

Currency and Exchange Rates

- Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency
